Congratulations!

Dr. Wei-Yun Huang, a member of Professor Gary W. Chang’s research team, won First Prize in the Power Quality Signal Processing Art Contest at the 2026 IEEE International Conference on Harmonics and Quality of Power (ICHQP).

Among the 40 entries in the Power Quality Art Contest, only the First Prize winner received a special award—an advanced German-made power quality analyzer, the sole equipment prize awarded in the contest.
